Tuesday 4-5pm - Strength and Conditioning (Gym) Thursday 4-6pm 3G Rubber Crumb Friday 8-9pm - Strength and Conditioning session (Gym)
We have 2 main training sessions a week taken by our coach- Suzanne. We also have a Strength and Conditioning session which helps everyone get up to speed and learn the basics in the gym.
We compete in the BUCS Scottish Tier 1 league and games are held on Wednesdays. We have several socials throughout the year. Being part of SUWRFC is like being part of a family - everyone gets on with each other and it's a fab way to make friends for life!
