About Us
We are the Mountaineering Club! We hike and climb all around Scotland!
We go on weekly hikes across the country in search of fresh air and stunning views, as well as running weekly climbing sessions, both indoors and outdoors. We also run extended trips throughout the year.
Let us know what you want to do this year - Where do you want to go? What skills do you want to learn? Want to compete in climbing? We can arrange all this and connect you with discounted training courses and qualifications.
We have many experienced members to keep you in safe hands and to pass on their skills. For Outdoor Education Students, getting involved in the club is an invaluable way of getting QMDs and leading experience. We WANT to get you involved in planning and leading hill days!
You MUST own waterproofs and hiking boots with ankle support to be able to come on hillwalks!
