Monday 17th:
Paws Against Stress 12-2pm Envy
The dogs are back on campus for another afternoon of petting and snuggles to reduce your stress levels! Tickets are FREE and available in the Atrium from 10am on Monday and are strictly limited due to capacity. Entry is with ticket only for specific time slots.
Luxury Lives Beauty Bar 10am-4pm Atrium
Nothing like a relaxing manicure or massage to get rid of bitten nails and tense shoulders, let the lovely folks from Luxury Lives treat you for free!
Smoothie Bike 10am-4pm Atrium
The smoothie bike makes a return to the Atrium, hop on and power the blender for a free, tasty smoothie.
Tuesday 18th:
Fitness and Exercise 10am-4pm Atrium
We're driving home the importance of staying active and sorting out your physical health as a way of reducing stress! Exercise releases endorphins so you'll feel great for hours afterwards. Head to the Atrium to get more info and see some of our sports teams in action.
Laughter Yoga 11-1pm Envy
Exactly as it sounds, come and have a laugh with some yoga. No better way to destress than having a giggle!
Wednesday 19th:
Games Day 10am-4pm Atrium
Time between lectures? Pick up a controller and take on a mate at FIFA, grab a bat and play some swingball or even get a team together for some foosball. Everything is free...and fun!
Thursday 20th:
Chill Zone 10am-4pm Atrium
Put your feet up in the Atrium for a well needed rest and grab a smoothie from the smoothie bike while you're at it!
Friday 21st:
Pop Your Stress Away 10am-4pm Atrium
We've bought a huge roll of bubblewrap, nothing more satisfying than taking out some anger on loud plastic bubbles. Come along to stamp on it, roll in it or just sit and pop away your stress!
Relaxation Drop In 11am-1pm Ian King Room
A drop-in session starting at 11am for those who just want to get away from it all!
