How to Access the Fund

• Firstly, fill out the application form.

• Your application will then be reviewed by our Student Voice Manager. In the case that our Student Voice Manager is unavailable, your application will be reviewed by our Activities & Volunteer Coordinator. 

• Once your application has been reviewed, you’ll be informed of the outcome by email. If you haven’t heard back within 2 weeks, please email the Union to ask for an update. 

• Then, depending on which payment option you have chosen, you will either be emailed once your items have arrived for pick up or contacted regarding your reimbursement.  

Once your application is successful, there are two options for how you can use the fund money:

1. We will purchase the items from the links you provided in the form. You will be able to then pick your items up from the Students' Union office, or have the items delivered to your home address.
2. Or if able, you can buy the products yourself and then submit an expense claim form, which will allow us to refund you the money as soon as feasible.
