Welcome to Stirling Blaze! Ultimate Frisbee is a very fast-paced non-contact team sport played indoors, outdoors and on beach. It combines American Football with Netball and we will go into the rules in depth during your first trainings. Almost every weekend of your first semester you will be travelling to tournaments all around Scotland with the first tournament being held on our own turf here in Stirling in the first weekend of October. Our players last year travelled to locations such as Edinburgh, Glasgow, Dundee, Aberdeen, Manchester, Sheffield, Mansfield, Bristol, Cardiff, Italy and two were lucky enough to represent Scotland at the Beach ultimate world championships in Brasil!
Blaze are one of eight university teams in Scotland and this year we are expecting our three teams to do well, with the firsts pushing for the title of best Scottish team and it's down to you guys to help us regain that title.
