We will always endeavour to complete your order in full but due to stock issues within our on-site shop, it may be that your requested size and/or colour is not currently available. In this instance we shall always get in touch to offer you either an alternative choice or the option to wait for your specified colour and/or size to come back in to our Shop.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will refund you your initial purchase (we are unable to offer refund on postage costs) once items have been returned to us (this does not apply to Union Flexi-Meal Deals).

VAT is charged at the prevailing rate on all items with the exception of those for children and Union Flexi-Meal Deals which are currently zero-rated.

All payments made online are processed securely. In order to complete an order, simply follow the instructions on screen. You do not need to be a registered member of www.stirlingstudentsunion.com in order to place an order.
