I have been your Equal Opportunities officer as well as an active member of NUS liberation campaigns, and fought against the introduction of top up fees here in Scotland. I have met with the Scottish Parliament to fight for the rights of disabled students and championed the cause of Black students both here and nationally. I have helped shape our education working on the student-staff consultative committee and set up Stirling’s Dyslexia Society leading to first ever student led staff training programme.
