Union Staff

 


As well as elected student representatives, the Students' Union also employs a number of key staff who provide continuity and experience in operational management and administration of the Union.

Chief Executive – Audrey Burns
The Chief Executive has overall responsibility for staffing within the Union and overall co-ordination of all the Union’s activities

Marketing & Events Co-ordinator – Nick Manton
The Marketing & Events Coordinator is responsible for the promotion of all Union activity, marketing income, organisation of Union events and the entertainments programme of the Robbins Centre. 

Student Activities & Sport Co-ordinator – Elena Sarra 
The Student Activities & Sport Coordinator has responsibility for supporting and developing all of the University's clubs and societies, including the Sports Union, as well as the volunteering on campus.

Finance Team – Sasha Young, Ann Black & Jane Allan
The Finance Office assists all areas of the Union in their operations.  The team help Clubs with their budgets and monitor the income and expenditure of the Union.

Union Secretary - Wendy Forbes
The Union Secretary is often the first point of call in the student union, being situated on the Union Office front desk. As well as providing advice and help to students they also help administer the day-to-day operation of the Union.

Sports Union Administrator - Gillian Parry
The Sports Union Administrator has responsibility for assisting the Sports Union President in the day-to-day operation of the Sports Union and is located in the Union Office in the Student Union (The Robbins Centre).

Bars Duty Manager - Agnes White 
As well as being one of the senior Duty Managers managing the bars and catering business, Agnes also manages the bars and bar staff. 

Facilities Duty Manager – Steve Peebles 
As well as being one of the senior Duty Managers managing the bars and catering business, Steve also manages the facilities and building resources as well as the stewarding and cleaning staff.
